• Minimum age 18 years
• Proof of professional competence: at least 3 years of professional experience as a professional dancer at a municipal or state dance company or at independent theatres.
• Internet connection, if possible a laptop or tablet, otherwise a smartphone
• English skills at least B1
• No school-leaving certificate required
• No knowledge of German required

The personal suitability is determined during an admission interview with the management and at least one representative of the board:

• Personal suitability of the participants: including empathy, authenticity, charisma, charisma, empathy, human intuition, emotional intelligence
• Mental health, respect, dignity, ethics, positive language

During the TPZ:

• Available time of eight hours per week (on mondays, from 10.00 til 18.00 o´clock per zoom)
• In justified exceptional cases, subsequent processing of the respective seminar unit by recording is possible.
• One week presence in Dortmund (Spring 2025, Ballettzentrum Westfalen), otherwise no mobility required
